Archbishop Lefebvre Audiobook Fund
The biography of Archbishop Lefebvre has long been the great apologetic – the great defense – of the work of the Society. To understand the Archbishop is to, in many ways, understand the history of the Church in the 20th century.
The US District and Angelus Press has long wanted to make the biography more widely read and more widely available – and one of the ways to do that is to make it available to every Catholic in multiple formats. We’ve wanted to record it as an audiobook for years, but in 2026 with the upcoming consecrations, that has become even more vital, so that the wider Catholic world, and those of good faith, can understand the root of the positions of the SSPX.
For those who want to learn for the first time who the Archbishop is, and what the SSPX is all about, this would be an invaluable resource. But even for those who already attend SSPX chapels, and who have not had the ability or time to read this book, we feel it would be a project well worth doing.
We’re ready to start producing this – and we want to make it available for free to anyone who wants to listen. But this is a large project and will take a good deal of resources.
In this time where the truth is obscured, and the need is so great, we’re asking for your help. Would you consider helping us get this project off the ground, so we can provide this to as many people as possible?
